Leadership, loot, and raiding

The leadership system of Must We desires to move away from a dictatorial system where a single person is in charge. Each officer has an equal say in major decisions, each officer must agree on a new officer and any decisions reached will be announced on the guild website. Additionally all loot gained and distributed will be kept track of and recorded. Every item in the guild bank will be indexed and posted on a google document, everything given away will have it's recipient recorded. In this way no cloaks of flames will disappear into the ether only to be sold for krono to profit specific officers. A major reason for this guilds creation is to end shady practices caused by the Krono and RMTs. We are currently recruiting for some Officer positions and will be asking key friends from Lockjaw and Ragefire to Officer, as well as Raid lead.

All loot will be BIS > main and will be bid for in raid with current DKP. BIS in this context refers to Best In Slot which is to say if a piece of loot is the best for your class or role you get priority (get to bid first) over anyone with better options. Additionally tank roles may be given priority on hybrid (tank/dps) items, especially tanks who are actually tanking. There is no maximum limit on bids, and there is no minimum raid attendance to bid. You may bid the DKP you've earned immediately. Between expansions DKP will be flushed 25-75%, an amount to be decided later. The purpose of flushing is to not let people horde DKP in early expansions then buy everything later.

We believe this loot system will be the most fair, it will encourage everyone and anyone to try and come to raids and feel like they can be rewarded, while also giving those who raid more, more DKP and thus more loot. DKP will not degrade during expansions.

Raid times will be 9 EST Thurs, Friday, Sat. Tentatively as we get larger raid forces and figure out how long we need to fully clear content these times may change. Major raids (Vox, Nagafen, Gods) will be on Friday Saturday. With Sky on Thursday. This is subject to change.

All raids require Teamspeak and appropriate gear for your role, if your gear seriously inhibits your performance or you do not properly understand your role. You do not need to speak on Teamspeak but you do need to listen.
